Salary: £23,000 – £28,000 doe
Hours: Full time or Part Time – hours to suit
About the role:
This Marketing and Content Executive role is a relatively new position within Tomango and aims to support the growth of our Digital Marketing offering. The role will create great written and visual content to support the marketing strategy of both our clients and our own team.
Initially focusing predominantly on social media, website, and SEO content, this position comes with the autonomy to develop into wider realms of digital marketing such as PPC, and Email Marketing. The successful candidate will grow to be an integral part of the team, having input on the direction and strategy of our campaigns.
The Ideal Candidate:
You need to have a flair for creating engaging visual and written content, but also have great attention to detail and an analytical mind to understand what’s working and what’s not. We expect you to keep an ear to the ground, staying up to date with all relevant platforms that our clients could need to explore. As well as these traits it’s desirable that the candidate possesses:
Exposure to or experience in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Conversion Optimisation
An understanding of Google Analytics (GA4)
Experience in communicating with various stakeholders.
The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with the rest of the Tomango team.
A high standard of written and spoken English.
The ability to analyse and report effectively, to both our Head of Digital Marketing, and directly to our clients.
The self-motivation and drive to always achieve the best possible results.
Confidence in planning and managing your own workload.
An eagerness to learn and an open attitude to ideas, growth, feedback, and development.
