What We’re Looking For
Digital & Content Skills
Confident with Instagram, TikTok, and social content trends
Some experience with graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (eg Klaviyo/Mailchimp.)
Marketing Know-How
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts
Familiar with analytics tools (IG Insights, TikTok Analytics, or GA)
Creative & Visual Eye
Strong visual eye for styling, photography, and design.
An interest in fashion, accessories and lifestyle content
Organised & Proactive
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep things running smoothly
A proactive, hands-on attitude and a team player mindset
Bonus Points If You
Have experience working on influencer campaigns or content shoots
Have a flair for writing fun, engaging captions
Love unicorns, cute jewellery, and sweetie-style aesthetics
Key Responsibilities
Assist with in-house and studio product photoshoots, from prep to on-set styling support
Support the planning and creation of social content for Stych Brand and the wider company (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Assist in building and scheduling direct marketing emails (Klaviyo)
Help maintain SEO best practices across our website and Google
Assist with influencer gifting: DMs, content logging, posting, and tracking engagement.
