Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Execution Manager to lead our small but impactful marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both managing marketing processes and executing campaigns, ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with company goals while actively contributing to day-to-day tasks. The Marketing Execution Manager will drive social media engagement, oversee team members, and take an active role in content creation, graphic design, B2B communications and internal updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Process Implementation

  • Oversee, mentor, and support a small team of marketing associates, ensuring productivity and professional growth.

  • Develop, implement, and document marketing processes to improve efficiency and standardise workflows.

  • Ensure all team members adhere to established processes, providing training and reinforcement as needed.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine marketing tactics.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and assets.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Actively manage social media marketing across B2C-focused platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.

  • Manage and create content for B2B-focused social media such as LinkedIn and industry-specific platforms.

  • Create and edit high-quality reels and video content to enhance engagement and brand presence.

  • Engage with online communities and drive audience growth.

  • Develop and execute B2B communication strategies to strengthen brand positioning and client relationships.

  • Maintain professionalism across our social media platforms.

Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Execution

  • Utilise Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite to design marketing collateral, social media graphics, and promotional materials.

  • Oversee and contribute to SEO/SEM strategies to drive website traffic and conversions.

  • Handle paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

  • Assist in the development of email and print marketing campaigns, ensuring effective messaging, design and accuracy.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyse marketing performance using relevant tools.

  • Report on key metrics such as website traffic, social engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.

  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and improve overall marketing ROI.

Internal Updates & Communications

  • Create and distribute internal marketing updates to ensure employees stay informed about company campaigns, events and other initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial capacity.

  • Demonstrative experience in implementing and monitoring processes.

  • Experience in the SAAS or Marketplace aggregator industry is preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with Photoshop, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong understanding of B2B communication strategies.

  • Experience with social media management, video editing, and reel creation.

  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.#

Key Skills:

  • Video Editing & Reel Creation: Ability to produce engaging video content for social media platforms.

  • B2B Communication: Strong understanding of B2B marketing and client engagement strategies.
