Our Marketing Manager, which is a new role, will be responsible for managing the promotion and positioning of our brand and services. Your campaigns will attract and retain more customers and raise brand awareness through the creation of carefully curated, well targeted, effective multi-channel marketing campaigns. You’ll be adept at campaign analysis, Meta, Google PPC and Google Analytics.
Due to the geographical spread of our network, the role involves travel within the South East, however, the role is office based in Eastbourne, with the ability for some flexible home working.
The role manages a marketing executive and marketing assistant, and reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Strategic Planning:
Creating and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives, including market analysis, target audience identification, and competitive research.
Campaign Development:
Designing and launching marketing campaigns across multiple channels like digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, print advertising, and public relations.
Budget Management:
Overseeing the marketing budget, allocating funds effectively across different campaigns and initiatives.
Brand Management:
Enhancing the company's brand image through consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing materials, and by effective networking.
Performance Monitoring:
Tracking key marketing metrics including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, retention, Cost of acquisition, average revenue per user, and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
Customer Insights:
Analysing customer data to understand market trends, customer behaviour, and identify opportunities for improvement.
