Junior Developer

As a Junior Developer, you will work closely with senior developers and designers to build and maintain our Shopify e-commerce websites. You will be involved in customising themes, developing new features, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and customization of Shopify themes and templates.
Collaborate with designers to optimize website aesthetics and usability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify stores.
Participate in code reviews and learn best practices from senior developers.
Stay updated on Shopify trends and emerging technologies.
Support the testing and debugging of Shopify applications.
Who you are
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:
Good understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Familiarity with Shopify's platform and e-commerce best practices.
Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Skills:
Experience with responsive web design.
Passion for clean code, semantic markup and accessibility.
Understanding of SEO principles related to e-commerce.
Qualification in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
