As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our collaborative team. This role is perfect for a results-driven marketer who thrives in a data-led environment and is passionate about creating campaigns that resonate with customers.
The Role
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in planning and executing data-driven campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across all digital channels. You’ll collaborate with our Branding and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of key marketing activities and directly contribute to the growth and success of Dobell.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels, including email, affiliate, social media, PPC, and SEO.
Develop engaging content for campaigns, ensuring consistency with Dobell’s brand voice and values.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and implement improvements to maximize ROI.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track key performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Generate and present performance reports to the wider team, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Branding & Creative to align campaign visuals and messaging with the company’s brand identity.
Provide data-driven feedback on website UX/UI improvements to enhance customer journeys.
Collaborate with the Creative Manager to ensure marketing assets are optimized for all platforms.
Channel Optimization:
Manage and grow Dobell’s presence on key platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, affiliate and email marketing tools.
Conduct A/B tests to refine targeting, messaging, and creatives.
Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
Customer-Centric Marketing:
Leverage customer data and insights to create tailored campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Explore new ways to engage and retain customers, such as loyalty programs or personalized experiences.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
Strong knowledge of key marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Bloomreach (or equivalent), and CMS platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented structure.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus.
Understanding of AEO is a plus.
